The Publisher: The person, natural or legal, who publishes the online public communication services.
The Website: All websites, web pages and online services offered by the Publisher.
The user: The person using the Website and the services.
No communication to third parties
Your data will not be communicated to third parties. However, you are informed that your data may be disclosed in application of a law, a regulation or by virtue of a decision by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.
Opt-in collection (consent) for the transfer of data following a merger / acquisition
In the event we get involved in a merger, an acquisition or any other form of asset transfer, we will seek your prior consent to transfer your personal data and maintain the level of confidentiality to which you consented regarding your personal data.

If you connect your account to another service's account in order to cross-post, that service may share your profile information, login information, and any other information you authorize to be shared. We may aggregate information about all our other Users, groups, accounts, and personal data available to the User.
Browsing through the Website does not require any registration or prior identification. It can be done without communicating any of your personal data (name, first name, address, etc.). We do not record any personal data for a simple browsing of the Website.
We use the user's identifier to suggest contacts and make commercial offers. We use your electronic identifiers to search for existing contacts by connection, by email address or by services. We may use your contact information to allow others to find your account, including third party services and client applications. You may upload your contacts so that we can help you find people in our network or so that other Users in our network can find you. We may make suggestions to you and other Users of the network based on the contacts imported from your address book. We may partner with companies that offer incentives. We may share your email identifier to facilitate such promotions and incentives.
Cookie storage period
In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, cookies are stored for a maximum of 13 months after their first deposit in the User's terminal. The same applies to the User's consent to the use of these cookies. Cookies' lifespan is not extended with each visit. The User's consent must therefore be given again at the end of this period.
Storage period of technical data
Technical data is stored for the time strictly needed to achieve the purposes mentioned above.
No data is stored
We do not store any personal data beyond the duration of your connection to the service for the purposes described in these GTC.
Information to the User in case of a security breach
We undertake to use all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security with regard to the risks of accidental, unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data. Should we discover any illegal access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or any unauthorized access resulting in the risks identified above, we undertake to:

The above commitments regarding the notification of security breaches shall not be construed as an admission of fault or liability for the incident in question.
No transfer of data outside the European Union
The Publisher undertakes not to transfer its Users' personal data outside the European Union.
In the event of a change to these terms
French law application (CNIL legislation) and court jurisdiction
These GTC and the way you use the Website are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the French laws, in particular the Law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the applicable law of your place of residence. If you are a consumer, both you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, which means that you may initiate an action relating to these GTCs in France or in the European Union country in which you live. If you are a professional, all actions against us must be brought before a French court. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. If these attempts fail, all disputes concerning the validity, interpretation and/or execution of these GTC must be brought before the French courts, even in the event of multiple defendants or a warranty claim.
The Publisher undertakes to give you the option of having all your data returned to you on request. The User is thus guaranteed better control of his data, and maintains the ability to reuse them. This data must be provided in an open and easily reusable format.
