Privacy policy and protection of personal data
Julien Michel as data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data. We need to collect some of your data to provide our services. If a client does not want to provide us this data, Julien Michel will not be able to perform our services. Julien Michel has the duty to ensure the safety and confidentiality of its clients' personal data.
The personal data of the customers can be transmitted to the service providers and partners of the Chalets du Hameau in the case where their intervention is necessary in the treatment and the management of the orders:
• Name and first name
• Postal address
• Cell phone number
• Email address
Data

Client data will not be stored beyond the period needed for the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In this regard, data used for prospecting purposes may be stored for up to 3 years following the closure of the user's account or the last contact with the concerned prospect.
The user's data is deleted when the storage periods expire. Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided for research purposes, the establishment and prosecution of criminal offences for the sole purpose of providing the judicial authority with this data, as required.
