This wonderful 110 m2 living area on a single level uses traditional materials in a contemporary way, creating a relaxing, artistic atmosphere. To the south the living room opens onto the sunny 50 m2 terrace with a view of the summits. To the north is a breath-taking panoramic view, with the old roofs of the hamlet providing a harmonious foreground.

Chalet L'Ecume des Neige's kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art household appliances and plenty of storage.

A fabulous kitchen with a beautiful waxed concrete worktops, moroccan lighting and a large pantry area with extra storage space. The kitchen equipment has been selected for its quality and ability to cater for large groups. The breakfast bar has beautiful leather stools, where guests can enjoy chatting to the cook with an aperitif!


The Dining Area : Fine food, fine views

Beautiful dining spaces: inside with fabulous mountain views or al fresco on the spacious terrace. 


The open plan dining area can seat up to 24 if required, whether for inviting extra guests or for special corporate or family occasions. With gorgeous Moroccan lighting, beautifully-crafted leather chairs and polished copper tables, the dining room is a stylish place to enjoy gathering to drink and dine.

The Lounge : Warm Evenings...

The heart of an alpine chalet is always the fireplace, and Chalet L'Ecume des Neiges is no exception. The feature fireplace has been designed by the same metalwork artist who created the original lighting throughout the chalet and the magnificent chimney adopts copper hues to tone with with the tables and leather chairs. 

Plenty of comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and overlooks the picturesque mountains. Large copper coffee tables set with twinkling candles make a bright, warm atmosphere for cosy mountain evenings. 

On sunny days, the south-facing terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the view or an al fresco meal. Guests also love to recline with a book in the sunshine, overlooking the peaks of Mont Vallon and La Saulire in the Meribel Valley.

The Cinema Room: Classic viewing

The cinema room with large screen adjoins the sitting room and can be darkened with curtains or used as a quiet room to enjoy the views.

Should extra beds be required, the cinema room can be converted to sleep up to 4 people in single beds, with a shower room and WC just across the corridor.
